Hi,

the output of the Headset only works sometimes when I plug it in with
the USB Port with the Blue software Soundcard thing and when I plug it
in with the green and the pink only the output works, the Mic doesn´t
work at both of these varriants.

The Mic is displayed at the recording devices in windows and it has a
green chop but the level doesn´t go up even if I scream into the Mic.

I already looked up the micro data protection settings and the slide
regulator on the cabel is not set to mute.

When the headset sometimes gets recognized by my computer with the
pluging in the Xsoftware USB varriant the level raises up to 3 bars at G
hub when I scream in if set to 100%, and when I set the slide regulator
to mute it somehow goes up to 4-5 bars XD when I scream in.

Every voice Programm like ts or discord recognizes the Micro but the
level never goes up.

Thank you for reading this and I´m very sorry for my very bad english.

I hope somone can help me with my Problem

You saved my life. The problem was in a cable, was not properly
connected to headset.

This is a weird fix but it worked for me just replace the mic plug to
the headset plug while the headset is connected to your pc and then plug
the mic back to original place

Note:my English not that good

The mic cable only goes one way, make sure you have it the right way
around. Mute button near the headset.

Its the fix.

This happened to me.There is nothing wrong with you mic or your
computer. This is going to dumb and a not likely scenario BUT.... It is
more likely to be the issue.

When plugging in the cord from you computer into your actual headphone,
there are 2 clicks. Me, like many, stop pressing in the cord when we got
ONE firm click. It seems to be firmly in place but there are actually
(2) clicks. Press it in harder. I promise it will work.
I didn't find this out until my second GPro X headset.

So in summary, Make sure you press the cord into your headphones until
you feel 2 Clicks.
