can someone chek if my schematic is Right ?
if Not , can someone help me with true one ?

You couldn't find a more exotical FET - why not use one of our most
common parts IRLZ34, IRLZ44 or IRF3708?

Your circuit will not work properly, because R1-R2 will divide the
gate-voltage.
For R2 use 100k instead of 3k. For faster switching, also reduce R1 to
270R.

Mainly wrong.
LED has no cirrent limitig device in series (resistor or current
tegulator).

HSS3N10 gets only 3V on Gate. This is UGS(th) where the transistor turns
OFF.

It is an unneccesary 100V type.

Use IRLML2502 and make R1 100R, R2 10k.

With these resistor values even the HSS3N10 may be used, as it is
specified for 4.5V with 0.3 ohms which carry 0.35A without problems.

What LED with Vf = 10V is that? Do you have a link or ordering
information for it? Is it specified for use directly with 10V or do you
have to limit the LED current by additional components?

R1 = max 100R
Check, if there was a current limitation included on the LED. Otherwise
you need a current source or at least a limiting resistor in series with
the LED.
