can someone chek if my schematic is Right ? if Not , can someone help me with true one ? datasheet of the mosfet https://datasheet.lcsc.com/lcsc/2010160905_HUASHUO-HSS3N10_C845593.pdf

This is UGS(th) where the transistor turns OFF. It is an unneccesary 100V type. Use IRLML2502 and make R1 100R, R2 10k. With these resistor values even the HSS3N10 may be used, as it is specified for 4.5V with 0.3 ohms which carry 0.35A without problems.
Mia schrieb: > can someone chek if my schematic is Right ? What LED with Vf = 10V is that? Do you have a link or ordering information for it? Is it specified for use directly with 10V or do you have to limit the LED current by additional components?

R1 = max 100R Check, if there was a current limitation included on the LED. Otherwise you need a current source or at least a limiting resistor in series with the LED.
