hello I want to simulation with gowin fpga designer and write test bench, but There is no simulation option in the tools menu. How can I simulate with gowin fpga designer?

Why in the software learning documents there is a simulation option in the tool menu but this option (simulation option) is not in the software I installed? can modelsim be invoked from gowin fpga designer ?

Look at the pic on the GOWIN website: https://www.gowinsemi.com/upload/page/12/self/5f9f7a207d449.jpg And read the post at 14.03.2021, 20:26:47 in there: https://groups.google.com/g/sci.electronics.design/c/wjlUuj6gX08 As expected you can see: "For simulation you are on your own." And in fact: thats no problem as you can get a free ModelSim easily. Even Intel, Xilinx and Lattice are using Modelsim
