simbol moving using buttons

I have a square on monitor and i want to control the possition of it by 
using buttons on a basys3. Any idea?

For sure: read your post as if you were anybody else on earth and 
decide what information is missing to give a useful answer.

What kind of square is that on what kind of monitor?
Is it a PostIt sticker?
Are you able to change the position of that square at all?
In what way should the 3 buttons changs the positions of that square?
What language/HDL do you use?
