I am thinking a FPGA platform with video capture mode,I want to use
altera cycloneV to capture video, but I need external FIFO DRAM to 
implement, so I am surveying CYPRESS FIFO and AVERLOGIC FIFO DRAM,
I think these FIFO DRAM can get video capture function if I use correct
FPGA code together.

How much experience do you have with FPGA?

From where? What resolution, what color depth, what data rate?

I have experience in FPGA, my thinking is 720p/1080p input.24bit.
