I will be working on DE 10 NANO for my project. To start with it, I
found tutorials for DE10 standard board. Will it help if I watch those
and then begin my work on NANO board? Also if there any documentation or
tutorials regarding NANO, please share.

Alters/Intel offers many videos and tutorials for free. Any video will
help you to get familiar with the IDE and the processes.
The rest ist only VHDL.

For the beginning you probably should just get familiar with basics and
get some simple designs running. Later I recommend the Youtube Channel
and other materials by Bruce Land (Prof at Cornell University,
http://people.ece.cornell.edu/land/). He also has a FPGA Developer Group
on Facebook where he also answers questions.
