FPGA in Altium Designer for beginners

Hello,
I want to start using Altium Designer for FPGA. I run an existing 
example. First, I want to simulate it in AD and then debug with 
Nanoboard. During the simulation I get two errors: 1.Cannot find license 
file. 2.License unavailable. Other features of AD work correctly. What's 
wrong?
