If anyone is interested in a deal on a Xilinx Ultrascale board with 
Vivado license I have a VCU108 kit listed on eBay.  It has a bay it now 
of $4000 or make an offer.  I learned what I needed to and now want to 
sell it.  I easily got my $2000 out of it, just by having it to work 
with.  It has about 200 hours of run time.  I had it running for about 
two weeks.
