I know a big bunch of englisch words consisting of much more than 3
letters. Maybe by using them you can explain your problem in a way even
others can understand it. By doing this you can add some more
information about the actual problem and what part of the toolchain
reports it.

BTW: "i got a problem" is not a good title for a thread. Indeed it is a
very, very poor title, because almost everybody writing here has "a
problem". Got the point?

He wants to use DUC from Xilinx:

https://www.xilinx.com/products/intellectual-property/duc_ddc_compiler.html

But as it reads there:

>Supports DUC output sample rates ranging from 30.72MSPS to 245.76MSPS
>Supports DDC input sample rates ranging from 30.72MSPS to 184.32MSPS

I don't know if you mean analog Frequency or Samplerate, if the last,
then your input Samplerate is too low and your desired output Samplerate
too high.
