i liked to answer here, but it does not work

recently, we had a discussion in our company regarding this issue:

people having low knowledge, low time, and low interest in getting a
deep impression about the things they are going to do

for some reason the masses today start fpga programming and want to be
ready very quickly with complex designs by copying everthing from
anywhere and present projects as large as possible.

the result is an army of low skilled programmers all over the world and
somehow a large number of them seems to have the address of our company
since our head of human resources gets an uncounted number of
applications for jobs every day.

how many self made fpga developers and bachelors are there? 100.000?
