I search Verilog simulator, especially for Windows. I try Verilator for 
Linux, it haves many features, but is command line tool. I search 
simulator with graphical GUI which will be easy to beginners.

Every FPGA manufacturer has a free toolchain including a simulator. This 
way you can get access to Xilinx (ISIM inside Vivado) or Altera (with 
ModelSim) or Lattice (Aldec Active_HDL).
Each of them has a big bunch of options and features (and bugs), so 
"easy for beginners" ist not the right term to search for. But lets say 
it this way: with ModelSim you will most easy find an user to help 
you...
