ERROR instantiating module

As this is my first post, I'm not sure the include got posted.

The enclosed screen shot points out an error I'm getting when I 
sythenisize the project.

I discovered the instructions said post in JPEG format after the .PNG 
version and because there is no visual feedback, I figured that you had 
rejected it.  The second picture was a fat fingered mistake.  After I 
converted to .JPEG, I posted it the third time.  After I pressed 
'SUBMIT' the includes were displayed and you know the rest.

You cannot instantiate inside of a process/always-block.

Start thinking...
The easiest way is this: have a close look on the png and the jpg 
pictures. And decide yourself what's better for screenshots.

To keep things short: png is good for pictures with few colors and 
straight lines, eg. screenshots.

jpg is fine for real life photos with a lot of colors and shades. It 
tends to generate artifacts, but those can't be seen in photos.
