Hi,
I'm a beginner in computer science so that I'm trying to enhance my
skills. That's why I started with Xilinx virtex II pro XC2VP30.
Unfortunately I'm stuck here and I couldn't do anything. Can any body
help me to get start with that board??

Read the quick start guide. Apply supply voltage to the power plug.

What do you want to do with that board? What toolchain and what HDL do
you want to use? What problem do you want to solve?

And next time: give your thread a useful title. "Help me!" is completely
nonsense. Most of the threads could have that title...

For the board I have it but I don't know which softwares are required.
For what I'm gonna use it for: first of all I need to understand how to
glow LEDs ,to write on memory and read from it and so many other
operations. After that I'v to start working with my project. So I need
the whole details about that board how to use it and test it step by
step.

The advice is still the same. First, read the quick start guide. This
should lead you probably to a point, where you will be able to elaborate
a sample design, push its binary towards the board and activate it.
The manual will further explain the board in detail.

However, while it is theoretically possible to "speak" you through that
first steps, it is not really interesting for us, neither didactically
nor will it increase our own knowledge. While even this is done
sometimes here, it usually done due to some "reasonable" reason. :-)

To start at some point: What experiences do you have in hardware
description languages? Do you have basic knowledge in VHDL, Verilog or
similiar?

This is clearly not an emergency, not even a proper question, so I am
going to close this topic. Please do your homework first, and if you
then have a specific question, you are welcome to ask here, but please
with a proper subject and a proper description of your problem.
