Pls do guide me to remove this error

ERROR:Pack:198 - NCD was not produced. All logic was removed from 
design.  This
when i try to implement this error stoppered why?? and how can i solve 
it??

Read your own question. And then try to answer it without ANY further 
information: WHICH supplier? WHICH device? WHAT toolchain version? WHAT 
sourcecode? WHICH constraints file? WHICH...? WHAT...?
