Hello!
My project write partial bit files(present in CF Card) to ICAP to
perform partial reconfigurability. It uses serial port to write results
to PC Hyper terminal. Untill yesterday, it was working perfectly. But
today there is no data received on hyper terminal / terra term web
although the is running. I have rechecked my settings again and again
but there is no error in them.

But the program works properly on a different board. Has anybody any
idea about what went wrong? is there a need to reload the FPGA
Configuration files if some configuration data has been modified.

Sometimes, it gives me garbage values and sometimes the terminal just
stays empty. I have checked the serial cable. There is nothing wrong
with it. Is there any method to check if there is a hardware problem
with the board's serial port? Are there any board configuration files
which I can re-install?

Thanks
