Microcontroller as a kezboard

Hi!

I was wondering is it possible to use a microcontroller in a way that is 
detected by a PC (and Mac and XBOX) as a keyboard? I would like to 
create a portable keyboard interface for people with disabilities.

Вечер добрый, простите если написал не в ту тему, не получается 
воспользоваться личкой не пойму у меня браузер глючит а может какие то 
ограничения?

Yes it is possible. You can use a Arduino Leonardo for example.
