Look here please: http://opencores.com/project,avr_core
and roam around on this site.

A search term like "Verilog AVR timer" may give further results.
As last resort you may search for similar VHDL implementations and
rewrite them in Verilog.

OK.
Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping.
Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping.
Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping.
Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping.
Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping. Helping.
Helping. Helping. Helping.

Enough?

YOU must start with the work. Then if you don't get further then you may
call for help. And then some friendly people may spend some of their
time to give you some comments or little hints.

But no one will do your homework entirely. Got it?

"Helping with the work" is not "doing the whole work".

So, start with the work and when a problem arises, then ask for help.

BTW:
Why did you post the picture of the (fairly simple) AVR counter two
times? There's no more information in the second than in the first
one...

Which had been, by the way, done by providing a link to opencores.

Even if this totally missed the point, I wished it would be considered -
at least by telling, in which respect it missed the goal.
