Full Screen mode for DHO800/900 Oscilloscopes

There is an alternative UI for the Rigol DHO800-900 Oscilloscopes, it implements some enhancements and fixes to the stock UI, the most interesting thing is a full screen mode that allows to hide the two horizontal bars that take vertical screen space.
