Delock 11827: no power

Hello, I installed a Delock 11827 with Tasmota 12.5.0.

I left it unused three weeks ago before it worked as expected:

• Click the button to turn on/off the power supply
• Go to the webui

When I press the button, I can't hear the "Power" button, in fact, the connected device is not receiving power.

(I also have another working one and when I click the button I can clearly hear a different sound)

I tried following this guide https://tasmota.github.io/docs/Device-Recovery/#fast-power-cycle-device-recovery. But now the only difference is that if there is no WiFi hotspot, a green LED will blink every second.

Any suggestions?
