Hallo

I want to switch on my arduino wich work with 3v/8MHZ with P-Mosfet .
I found PMV16XN but it isnot delivered this year anymore .

can someone help me to find Mosfet like it ?

Lieferbarkeit und Preis hängen davon ab, wo du bestellen willst/kannst.

Ansonsten benutze die „parametric search“-Funktion auf der Seite der
infrage kommenden Distributoren.

The PMV16XN is not guaranteed to work at such low voltage. Look for
(super) logic level (2.5V drive capable) MOSFETs where the datasheet
explicitly mentions Rds(on) @ Vgs=2.5V (or Vgs=2.7V) like IRLML6244,
IRLML6346, IRLML6246, IRLML6344 etc.

No. The PMV16XN is guaranteed to work at 1.8V vgs.

Indeed, thanks. You have to scroll to page 7 in the datasheet to find
out.

You want to switch on and off the whole Arduino with its external
circuitry with the Mosfet? If yes, then you better take a P-Channel and
switch the (+) line with it. How often is it switched? What is the
maximum current?
