i need to know your opinion

Green is solder stop, yellow is solder stop on copper, gray is paste, 
right?
What I don't like is the solder stop mask overlapping some vias.
I wouldn't do this, even if (and that's we can't see here) the thermal 
pad of the part doesn't overlap.

There is enough space to place the vias outside the pad, and connect 
them with some tracks. Why you don't so?

And what does the datasheet recommand?
