hello i would like to ask how to transmit a complex signal 
exp^{I*omega*T}, I=sqrt(-1), over usb. thanks very much.

There is no transport of complex signals over USB.
Use instead one of the possible transport methods, for example text 
transport by virtual COM port or some HID protocol.

Hello,

i believe the threadowner means USB as Upper Side Band and not USB as
Universal Serial Bus.
