What is the difference between IAR for 8051 and IAR for ARM?

I want to do Bluetooth 4.0 BLE development with IAR for ARM, is it 
possible?
And, do I have to configure Option after installing IAR? It is 
configured in the tutorial.

Of cause you can do BLE development with IAR - regardless if it is for 
ARM or any other architecture.
You need to select the right IAR version for your target processor.
