LCD replacement for GM328a

Hello
Recent I broke the LCD track and shows nothing on the screen. I've been 
looking for a screen on AliExpress, but I have a lot of doubts since the 
original screen comes a separate controller, and those selling on 
AliExpress don't have it. Anyone recommends a screen to replace it 
please?

the CD4050 is a voltage-converter not an lcd-controller.

Its a ST7735S compatible

here was the same problem Beitrag "AVR TransistorTester China DIY Kit - Display zeigt nichts an"

most display boards on aliexpress are only 3.3V compatible.

the second problem is is the pin assignment compatible.

or you buy the original https://3v3.com.ua/product_8282.html
and replace the display only.

i think this is critical.

the easier way ist to measure the pin assignments and buy a 
5V-compatible model with the same pin assignment or something like that.
