Hey guys,

can anyone of you help me setup my SN74AHC14 in Ltspice?
Even with this thread here: VCO - JFET in LTSpice und Schmitttrigger
i was not able to get it running.
My VCC is 5VDC.

And do you know, do i have to connect the 3rd Pin of the Schmittinverter
with GND or VCC or should i leave it alone ?

Thank you in advance !

I was able to find a Spice File (https://www.ti.com/lit/zip/sclm279),
but it fails, because of following error:

Found an unspecified parameter (probable some default setting in TINA)
and
set to 1µA just for testing. You should check against the datashet for a
proper value.
1
* .PARAM MAXICC = maxICC
2
.PARAM MAXICC = 1u

One symbol is derived from 74hc14.asy out of a file set created by an
unknown member of the former LTspice Yahoo group. The other one has been
created using the 'Create Symbol" function.

You have to connect them tho VCC resp. GND. However, using SN74AHC14.asy
this connections are hidden in the "SpiceModel" attribute using net
labels which are mapped to proper connections in the net list.
