How to read unknown SPI flash?

Hello,

i want to read the content of a unknown flash memory. The marking on top 
has been removed or the manufacturer ordered the part without. It has 
only the pin-1-point.

It has usual smd-housing, SOP8, 150mil, and i'm sure that is a sort of 
SPI-programmable ic, because i've seen the same unit w/ SST25xxx-memory. 
But with this settings my CH341-usb-programmer won't read, automatic 
detection is not working, unknown device.

How to identify the ic or possible to read the memory without knowing 
the type/model?
