MIPS implementation

I have the modules on the attachment for MIPS implementation. All the 
modules runs perfectly with their tb. But when I run tb_mips.vhd Ι get 
the following image. I want to test the
"00000000010001100010000000100000", -- value of 
00000000010001100010000000100000 (0x00462020)(add $4,$2,$6)

"00000000010001100010100000100010", -- value of 
00000000010001100010100000100010 (0x00462822)(sub $5,$2,$6) 
instructions.

Any suggestion? Thanks in advance!!!
