How can i pull-down a pin on my cpld-board(MAXII EPM)? Is there this pull-up resistors(on board)? Where is the "resource property editor" in my QuartusII?

There is "Weak Pull Up" in Menu/Assignments/Assignments Editor. Is there "Weak Pull Down" somewhere?

RTFM... In MAX II there are only programmable pull-up resistors. If you need pull-down, just take a soldering iron. Duke
