I found the project in PCBWay open source community--https://www.pcbway.com/project/shareproject/PCBWAY__Ruler_design.html. I placed order and after 7 days receive it.To be honest,the matte black is beautiful. But they forget the note that the serial small holes should be immersion gold,now only 3 holes are immersion gold. Anyone tried PCBWay after-sale service?

I remember they have online after-sale system.You can send mail to their sale directly or clieck "open dispute". Yes,The ruler is made wrong,check mine from them.
