how to program mojo plus board with ise design

i have a mojo plus fpga board (spartan 6 , lx9 ) and it can program 
directly by usb cable with mojo leader app , but the problem is that ise 
design suite cant recognize the cable , and i dont know how to export my 
vhdl code to bin by ise design , now i cant use both ise and mojo leader 
, any one have any idea that how can i export vhdl to bin , or how to 
program mojo plus directly with ise design suite ?
