ATMEL-ICE Basic + AVR Studio 7 + ATMEGA8L-8PU

Hello.

I have a circuit with the ATMEGA8L-8PU that I want to debug.
The ATMEGA8L-8PU is not in the device selection of AVR Studio 7. I have 
the ATMEGA 8, ATMEGA88A and ATMEGA88P. I connected the controller via 
the 6-pin connector.
Debugging does not work over ISP and debugwire makes a mistake. What can 
I choose for a controller to work?

The ATMega8 does not feature Debug-Wire but the ATMega88 does.
