color space conversion hardware for 4k video

I am developing color space conversion hardware for 4k video - RGB to 
YCbCr. I want to know why the coefficients differ for SDTV and HDTV ?and 
how to calculate them for 4k (RGB to YCbCr)? .. could not find a 
appropriate resource online..:( thanks:)
