fail to program FPGA

Hi everyone,
I have some probleme, when I have to program FPG.
 In programmer, like in the attached files: I just press start in left 
and it shows progress failed in right. I don't see the problem, could 
anyone help me please? What should i do?

Hi,

what has the Mode dropdown to offer ? Something like SBW ? If so, try 
this.

the dropdown menu that shows "JTAG" now. What's in there ?
