New development board KC705,intends to call Aurora8B10B IPcore,and then 
use the SFP optical module for simple communication rate Aurora8B10B set 
for 2.5G,125M reference clock with the development board, Aurora8B10B 
call comes example design,communication is not success, only a changhe 
of the system clock,and nothing changes,I do not know where the problem?
