Current Output DAC

Dear all,

I am looking for a discrete current output DAC with high dynamics (> 100 
MHz) working stable for an high output voltage (> 15 V) and feeding a 
fullscale current of 100 mA.
I have checked the market, but did not find such a current dac (feeding 
constant currents to a capacitive load) hitting the requirements, 
especially the high output voltage. Are there such current DACs 
available for such output swings?

Addition: I would also be happy if a system comes to your mind having 
the same behaviour, for example:

Voltage DAC + OTA
Current DAC + Emitter Follower

I would be very happy if you know anything that can help me to solve my 
issue, please post if any "crazy" idea comes to your mind.
