PSoC 4 pioneer kit - 4200 family - Can I process an image in this PSoC?

I'm having CY8C4245AXI-483 PSoC 4 board. It is a PSoC 4200 family 
processor with ARM Cortex-MO CPU. I'm new to verilog coding. I need to 
implement a verilog code in this board to process an image.

Can I process an image file in PSoC 4? Pls help me.
