VHDL & ModelSim Easy Task Help

Hi I have a quite basic task I have in for a university project which 
I'd like some help with if anyone is familiar with using VHDL in 
ModelSim can get in contact, can just reply to this thread and I'll get 
in touch?
Just a 10-15mins is what I think it will take. I'd be very greatful for 
any support I can get
