Virtual Device in Vivado(Xilinx)

Hi,

I recently started working on FPGAs. I was wondering if I could create a 
virtual device of a specific Xilinx part(XC7Z020) on Vivado to generate 
square waves and display it on an oscilloscope before trying it on the 
hardware?
