Phase error of FFT

Hello,

I have a data set which satisfies the Nyquist-Shannon theorem and would 
like to know the error of its phase. As I understand it, the phase error 
only depends on the signal-to-noise ratio of my data set provided there 
are enough samples (which is the case). However, I have not found any 
literature online or in my library which explains to me how to get the 
error from the SN ratio.
