high speed video development board

i am seeking for a smart fpga development board beeing able to drive hd 
sdi with 4k already. i am not sure if there are already chips available 
for private customers, but it might be possible that a eval pcb might 
exist

if have examinded altera, xilinx (zync) and such but am not glad

any idea is appreciated
