Hey ,

I want to purchase a FPGA kit to interface with an OV7670 camera module.
I have found a cheap one :

It comes with the spartan 6 FPGA .

But I am wondering if that hardware will be able to do what I want. The
price is really low, so what do you think, has someone already purchased
that kit ?

Looks like the Spartan 6 is a very small one (actually there is just one
device that is smaller than this one).

To find out, whether it fits your needs, do a test synthesis with the
planned pins assigned (interface to camera, etc.) and the (rough) design
you intend to do. You'll find out quite soon, if it fits (from logic
size and from timing point of view).
