Problem installing CDT GNU Cross Development Tools

Hi
I am new to ARM world and trying to set my toolchain on eclipse, problem 
is when I tried to install GNU ARM Eclipse 
Pluging(http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuarmeclipse/) it says,
'Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could 
not be found.
 Software being installed: GNU ARM C/C++ Cross Compiler Support 
1.1.5.201311101919 '
Please help me how to set the working toolchain.

You have to install CDT.

From: http://gnuarmeclipse.livius.net/blog/install/

To install CDT, in the Eclipse menu, go to Help → Install New Software

select Work with: Kepler
if the Group items by category, expand the Programming Languages group
select the C/C++ Development Tools feature
click on the Next button and follow the usual installation procedure
