ATmega - ISP Mkii - Newbie

Hello everybody.

First of all I am a total newbie, so the issue can be very obvious.
In the attachment you can find my build up.

Well my first step was to start AVR Studio to select my programmer (ISP 
Mkii) and then the µc (ATmega8-16pu -> Atmega8 ??) and then I get the 
error message "target voltage 0,0V".

That's it, any ideas ?

Looks like you mixed up ('mirrored') your isp pinout.

Pin 1 on the connector is where the small arrow next to the red wire 
(from the ribbon cable) points to. This should be the pin in the 
top-right corner in your photo (which is connected to VCC instead of 
MISO).

Double-check that.
