Best method is to use a keyboard ;-)

It is not really hard design, so the best way is to take a book read the 
introductions to verilog. Than work with simple examples like how to 
describe Flip Flops, And/Or/Xor/... Gate, multiplexer and demultiplexer. 
It's all not really hard.

But don't expect, that someone of the community will write you the code!

Or try it the other way:
Just read your own post and read it as if you don't know anything about 
you and your particular problem. Do you understand what you want?

And then: show what you tried already. And say what doesn't work...
