In my search, I find that I can use XMD to download image data to DDR or 
file .coe to initialize BRAM.
With matlab I can extract my pixels and copy them in a data file (my 
image is a jpg color image so I obtain a 3 channel matrix).the problem 
is how can I structured my data file:
   - copy each matrix in a file(i.e the value of Red in a file, and same 
for Green and Blue.
   - or copy all of them in a same file. If is the case,how can I 
structured my file ?
