ethernet lpcxpresso

Hi,
my lpcxpresso lpc1769 connected via ethernet to windows XP Pc has to do 
the following:
read file from PC (filename known), handle the data
delete file on PC
write file to PC (fixed filename) with calculated data
show status of the board on PC for example in a browser

how can i achieve this?
any link, hint or help appreciated
