Dear All,

For Non-linux (RTOS) based development of cortex A5/A9/M3 series,
Is there any advantage of using arm compiler(armcc) v5.0(DS5) provided 
by ARM over the arm-none-eabi-gcc provided by code sourcery?

Does anyone has some idea on this?

Well, a fully functional Code Sourcery version (e.g. no memory limits) 
is available free.

Otherwise, I have no experience with armcc.
