The stm32 MCU wakes up with the internal 8Mhz oscilator and it takes
some time to switch on HSE.

Due to project-planning issues, does anyone know if it's possible to set
a stm32 MCU in stop mode and force a wakeup via USART without loosing
the first data byte(s) of the transmitted USART data?
