uclinux on LPC 2478 compiling problem

I want to run uClinux on lpc2478 (arm7). But i have some problems about 
compiling uClinux.
I cannot get "romfs.img" and "vmlinux.bin" files. I have both tried 
uclinux_2010 and uclinux_2003 distributions
but i cannot create those files. Also, i have the uclinux lpc2478 patch 
but i could not patch it. As a tool chain i use arm-linux-gcc

How can i create the files? Please help!!
