Opening/Accessing JPEG images using Yagarto-arm

Hi,

I just wanted to know how to open/access JPEG images in an ARM 
environment. I am using the YAGARTO based Eclipse and the AT91 
controller, and TFT based 320 x 240 LCD.

Are there any .h, .lib files available on net that i could include, also 
any reference links, projects available.
